Explore nature-based mindfulness practices that cultivate calm, perspective, renewal, and a sense of inner nourishment to reinvigorate your body, mind, and professional practice.
Activities will include sensory awareness, nature-based meditation, nourishing silence, shared reflection, and gentle hiking and walking. A healthy lunch will be provided for all.
This retreat is freely offered to teachers as well as environmental educators and advocates, made possible through generous funding from Mindful of Nature and the work of mindfulness teacher, Liz Slade.
