We are happy to partner with Mindul of Nature and Liz Slade in our second retreat for teachers, outdoor educators, and environmental advocates! Our theme this year will be “Listening to the Earth, Easing the Heart.”
Join us for a restorative day of mindfulness, deep nature connection, and collegial sharing amongst the fields and woodlands of the farm. Explore nature-based mindfulness practices that cultivate calm, perspective, renewal, and a sense of inner nourishment to reinvigorate your body, mind, and professional practice.
Activities will include sensory awareness, nature-based meditation, nourishing silence, shared reflection, and gentle hiking and walking. A healthy lunch will be provided for all.
This retreat is freely offered to teachers as well as environmental educators and advocates, made possible through generous funding from Mindful of Nature and the work of mindfulness teacher, Liz Slade.
