History & Natural History of Croton Point Park
Join Village Historian Marc Cheshire and Croton Point Park staff to learn about the history and environment of the Park. Meet at entrance to RV Park. Free; no registration required; ages 5+; wear sturdy, warm shoes.
The Farm Stand at Hilltop Hanover Farm
Hilltop Hanover Farm’s Farm Stand will be open the first Saturday of each month throughout the winter. We will have crops harvested from the fall as well as freshly grown greens from our greenhouse available to purchase.
Tea with the Animals
Join us for a mid-morning cuppa while you meet and learn about the animals on the farm! Participants will harvest and make some scrumptious treats for both us humans and the animals to enjoy together for a tea party! Adults and children 6+ welcome! Pre-registration is required.

Do you wonder about winter bird life? So do we! Join us at the wide windows of the panel room in the Lasdon House to observe wild life at the feeders and nearby habitat. We will peruse our bookshelf of resources, make notes in our journal, and learn about bird-friendly plantings. OPTIONAL bring a baked good to share with other participants, or bring a scoop of food or suet cake for our feathered friends. We will provide coffee, tea, and treats.

First Wednesday’s Bird Walk
Join the Bedford Audubon Society at Hilltop for the first Wednesday of each month! Birders of all levels are welcome on this exploration of the farm through various habitats to catch a view of our winged friends.
Farm-to-Fable
Little ones, ages 3-6, will explore the whimsy of the world around them through combining storytelling with hands-on activities on the farm straight from the tale! Registration for this class is required online where you can pay what you want!
