    Friends of Marshlands Annual Membership Meeting

    The Board of the Friends of Marshlands will hold their Annual Membership meeting today at the nature center building. Open to all current members and anyone interested in becoming a member. Free live animal program follows the meeting at 1:00 p.m.

    Sketching in nature is a great practice for building nature observation skills and can be a wonderful mindfulness practice! In this relaxed and guided program we will capture  a quick representation of natural objects, landscape features, and more. Bring sketchbook and pencil, or borrow one of ours. No previous art training is required.
