In this class, we will discuss how to assess your space and needs, the availability of crops, and the seasonality of growing in the Hudson Valley. Bring your houseplant back to life!
Lasdon’s gardeners will help rejuvenate it. Together we will check the soil, remove dead and damaged leaves, repot it in good potting soil and talk about what your plant needs. Learn some great tips about keeping your houseplant happy and healthy. Come to the Welcome Center.

Brew a hot cup of tea and enjoy a warm treat on a cold day from plants found around Hilltop’s trails! This program will involve moderate walking on the farm’s hiking trails. There is a $5 suggested donation per person.
Phalaenopsis Orchids have become a popular plant to give but recipients often feel inept in their abilities to care for them. This workshop aims to demystify Phalaenopsis culture and give orchid keepers the tools they need to keep them flourishing for years to come.
