The festivities will feature live entertainment including line dancing, and presentations of awards and scholarships. All six hours will feature drama, poetry, ethnic foods, health and educational vendors, free health screenings, cultural arts and crafts, and more. The festival will be held rain or shine. Seating is informal; bring blankets or folding chairs for seating on the lawn. Coolers aren’t allowed. Admission and parking are free. Overflow parking will be available at the Valhalla and North White Plains Metro-North train stations, with free shuttle service to and from the Dam from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
