Practices will include seated meditation\, mindful walking\, nourishing silence and shared reflection. \nGuided by meditation teacher\, Liz Slade\, Liz is a mindfulness teacher\, Awake in the Wild nature meditation teacher\, social emotional learning consultant\, and educational therapist.
