Our theme this year will be “Listening to the Earth\, Easing the Heart.” \nJoin us for a restorative day of mindfulness\, deep nature connection\, and collegial sharing amongst the fields and woodlands of the farm. Explore nature-based mindfulness practices that cultivate calm\, perspective\, renewal\, and a sense of inner nourishment to reinvigorate your body\, mind\, and professional practice. \nActivities will include sensory awareness\, nature-based meditation\, nourishing silence\, shared reflection\, and gentle hiking and walking.
