DESCRIPTION:We are happy to partner with Mindul of Nature and Liz Slade in our second retreat for teachers\, outdoor educators\, and environmental advocates! Our theme this year will be “Listening to the Earth\, Easing the Heart.” \nJoin us for a restorative day of mindfulness\, deep nature connection\, and collegial sharing amongst the fields and woodlands of the farm. Explore nature-based mindfulness practices that cultivate calm\, perspective\, renewal\, and a sense of inner nourishment to reinvigorate your body\, mind\, and professional practice. \nActivities will include sensory awareness\, nature-based meditation\, nourishing silence\, shared reflection\, and gentle hiking and walking.
