DESCRIPTION:Join us for a restorative evening dedicated to slowing down\, practicing nature-based mindfulness\, and gathering in community to celebrate the autumn harvest. \nThe transition into fall is a beautiful time of natural abundance\, but the daily demands on our energy can easily leave us feeling depleted.  True resilience requires taking time to rest and to lean into community. Together\, we will step away from our hectic routines to replenish our spirits\, honor our own well-being\, and share a warm evening of relaxation and good company. \nAll are welcome!  We will be especially proud to welcome and honor the agricultural workers from our local Hudson Valley farms who have dedicated their season to nourishing our land and communities. \nAppropriate for beginners or experienced meditators\, no prior meditation experience is necessary.  Hosted at Hilltop Hanover Farm & Environmental Center\, this special evening offers a dedicated space to quiet a busy mind and enjoy the peaceful autumn atmosphere.
