In the company of fellow nature lovers\, explore nature-based mindfulness practices that remind us of our innate connection to the earth and offer support\, perspective\, delight\, and ease. Practices will include seated meditation\, mindful walking\, nourishing silence and shared reflection. \nGuided by meditation teacher\, Liz Slade\, Liz is a mindfulness teacher\, Awake in the Wild nature meditation teacher\, social emotional learning consultant\, and educational therapist. DESCRIPTION:We’re calling on volunteers to join us in weeding and maintaining our native seed increase plots. Hilltop Hanover Farm has over 30 plots planted in accordance with the Seeds of Success protocol developed by the Bureau of Land Management.
