Hilltop Hanover Farm has over 30 plots planted in accordance with the Seeds of Success protocol developed by the Bureau of Land Management. Practices will include seated meditation\, mindful walking\, nourishing silence and shared reflection. \nGuided by meditation teacher\, Liz Slade\, Liz is a mindfulness teacher\, Awake in the Wild nature meditation teacher\, social emotional learning consultant\, and educational therapist.
